Simply return the unworn item to us within 30-days with the returns form provided within the parcel, ensuring it's in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that this only applies to our online sales, and we cannot refund earrings, naval bars or nose studs etc. due to hygiene reasons, unless of course the item is at fault.
